Its been a while since i write the last post...huhuh it seems that i didn't have enough time even for send some time to write in my own blog (well mostly because i'm so lazy lately)...hahaha
Well, guess what, i'm at the end of my third semester already...wow..!!! it feel just like yesterday i come and register here at MIAT.... There is so much stuff to learn, but so little time to spend... There is this "assignment" and "PBLs" that needed to be done....Books that piled up in my room....and not to mention this semester i've been elected as the President of The Executive Club of UniKL MIAT....wow..!!! Now i'm practically the leader of all Aviation Management Student here at MIAT...how can i cope with that????? Only God knows....right? hahahaha
Even though i have so much things to do now, but i didn't stop me from moving towards my dream...and i'll make sure that i achieve it (No matter what)....!!!
So, back to our "Turkey Talk"...what are the things that i've learn about the aviation world in this semester???? Well, a lot i can tell you guys.....
The first is "how the airlines cope with their massive expenses?" and also "How does the airlines manage their capacity?"....
Airlines usually get their support from their local government or National Government and by those "goose chase" i can tell you that most of the time it is not that efficient...!!! why do i say that? well, when we talk about "Government", we are surprisingly included their bureaucracies.... This is what become the havoc in the aviation world (maybe other transportation mode also)....the time period taken is too long and this usually degraded the aviation industry momentum to the extend that we are left behind for quite some times.... All the well-renown airlines such as Emirates, KLM, British Airways has already spread their wings but due to our circumstances, we only could brag about what we "have" rather than what we "will have".....and it kind of sad...!!!!
hmmmm, for the airlines, capacity here means the airlines size in terms of fleet-size, networking, and a whole lot more....!!! This is really important for an airlines because if the airlines didn't manage it well, it will be "unprofitable Road" for them and sometimes there are airlines that goes bankrupt because of it...i'm not saying that those airlines who didn't manage their network or fleet effectively and efficiently will not "succeed" but let face the facts guys, "Who wanted an inefficient usage of resources whilst it can be fully utilize and gain a lot more revenue?".....
As for the regulatory part, i've learn that the aviation world is been monitored by a lot of bodies such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Trading Association (IATA), and for us Malaysians, we have our own Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) which under the ministry of Transport Malaysia. When i see that the Aviation industry or more specifically the Commercial Aviation industry been monitored to this extend, i can conclude that the industry that i've joined inn is actually a highly supervise industry where a lot of body needed to ensure that every aspect of procedure is been catered to avoid any unnecessary event occur....!!!!!
